National Trivia Network games are interactive, “live” games broadcast throughout the country via satellite.
NTN's Interactive Sports & Trivia games are available at Gipper’s and in more than 3000 locations throughout the United States and 400 locations in Canada. There are many games to choose from including Sports Trivia, Music Trivia, Entertainment Trivia, and General Knowledge Trivia. These are just a few of our interactive games that you can play every night at Gipper’s. And for all of you that have competitive blood running through you, one of the great features of playing NTN is that you not only compete against other players at Gipper’s but also compete against other players across North America. If you are the biggest sports, music, or general trivia buff in your town, play NTN and see how you compare to the rest of the nation or just challenge your friend to a game. Either way playing NTN games at Gipper’s are a blast.

GAME FORMATS
There are several different formats to the game, all regularly scheduled. Every weeknight there is an hour-long game usually at 6:00pm (PST). You can see NTN's brief description all the game formats here.
The standard half-hour games feature general trivia in three rounds of five questions. Games normally start about a minute past the hour or half hour. There is about a two minute break between each round, and about a 5-7 minute break between games.

You get a new 15-question game two times a week on a different theme! Topics are chosen based on what is going on in the world at that time, or a specific request, or they may just be random.
How to Play:
* 15 Questions
* Played two days a week
* Wednesdays, anything goes, and you may see subjects from slang to advertising icons to literary quotations
* Fridays is an entertainment subject, and could be anything from Julianne Moore films to early radio to classic TV shows

The Network delivers play-along-with-sports games, trivia games, special events, and other interactive entertainment games 15 hours a day to thousands of restaurants, sports bars and taverns across the United States and Canada.

Q: How do I play games on the NTN iTV Network?
A: Go to an NTN location and ask the wait staff for a Playmaker. Then look for the television screens in the establishment that are dedicated to the Network. There are simple instructions on the Playmaker that explain how to play various games. If you need assistance, ask your server for help.
Q: What is a Playmaker?
A: A Playmaker is the wireless device players use to interact with the NTN iTV Network, and available at every NTN location. The Playmaker has a screen and keypad to allow you to enter information, read instructions and play the games. It also has a chat feature so you can swap comments with other players in your location.
Q: How do I use the chat function on the Playmaker?
A: Turn a Playmaker on, log in using your Players Plus PIN, then press the "Menu" key. A menu option should read "Chat On." Highlight "Chat On" using the arrow keys on the Play Zone, and press "Enter." Now you're chatting with the other players onsite. (Note: At least two Playmakers must be active for the Chat feature to be functional. If desired, location management may disable this feature.)
